Welcome to HANDS of Wyoming County

Supporting Early Childhood Development

Serving families throughout Wyoming County, PA and surrounding communities since 2002.

Helping Children and Families Thrive From the Very Beginning

Helping Area Needs for Diverse Service (HANDS) of Wyoming County supports children, parents, caregivers, and educators across Northeast Pennsylvania through early childhood education, family support programs, parenting resources, preschool opportunities, and community outreach services.

From prenatal through kindergarten and beyond, we help families build strong foundations for lifelong success.

  • HANDS of Wyoming County is committed to:

    • Promoting positive child development

    • Supporting parents and caregivers

    • Strengthening families

    • Improving access to services and resources

    • Encouraging school readiness

    • Supporting educators and early childhood professionals

    Our vision is simple:

All children will develop, learn, and grow to realize their full potential.

  • The first five years of a child’s life are critical to emotional, social, and cognitive development. Early experiences shape future learning, behavior, relationships, and long-term success.

By investing in children and supporting families early, we help build a stronger future for our entire community.
